I have recently had delivery of  a Kaldewei bath and a Jasper Morrison WC with Soft close seat. Our plumber has not fitted these yet but I thought I would take the opportunity of contacting you.

These were ordered on 27th May and the deliver was on 3rd June an incredible 6 working days. I was telephoned to confirm the order and asked when the items were to be delivered, having arranged this when the day came I was sent a text message the day before to advise am or pm, and on the day itself I was contacted by the delivery driver to tell me where he was and how long he'd be.

The items were on a pallet alll wrapped in plastic, and the 2 guys on the lorry were first class. They carried the goods where I wanted them, were polite and gave a great impression. I ony wish I had ordered the other items I got elsewhere from 365 as I am well pleased with your company and will have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

Two weeks ago whilst searching the internet for an IS Moments cabinet I found your web site. From that moment on my experience of  'buying' has exceeded all expectations.

The web site was brilliant and very user friendly. Placing my order on line was simple and straight forward.

The confirmation of order, follow up, informing me of what action to expect and the delivery arrangements were second to none.

Now after that build up you are probably waiting for the BUT - the bad news. Sorry no bad news.

I would like to thank all the staff involved with my order, Paul, Julie, Philip and others for the excellent  customer service and dedication. Everything promised was fulfilled. I was kept informed right up to the time of delivery either by telephone or e-mail.

On Friday morning, on schedule, I received a telephone call from the delivery men telling me they would be with me in about 15 minutes. My thanks must go to the two polite and caring delivery men. Not the usual "where do you want it mate".  The men carefully unloaded the cabinet which had been  palletted and placed it in my garage as asked.  It was not until Saturday morning that I found the envelope on the cabinet that I should have inspected the goods before the delivery men departed. Sorry. I am please to say the cabinet was in perfect order.

Sorry for the rambling above but praise should be given where praise is deserved. Customers are very quick to complain and rarely express their appreciation.

May I say how glad I was I found your company on the internet and how easy it was to deal with you. The efficiency and personal care you took with our order was so reassuring and such a change from other companies we have dealt with via the internet. It is always difficult gearing up plumbers and in this case made harder by us going on holiday prior to Christmas and all the plumbing stockists closing for their break shortly after. I thought it was going to be impossible to try and gear up my bathroom suite for delivery on 4 January the only time my plumber was available. Most companies were proving less than helpful on delivery dates just vague possibilities then I found your company what a breath of fresh air. Of course I could get delivery for 4 January and you even phoned me the day before to say it was on its way how nice was that. I spent ages on the phone chasing my lost shower doors with another company hope you start stocking them too soon. Just a few words to thank you for the excellent service provided when ordering my new shower and radiator.

The Mira ATL shower from you was a massive £78 cheaper than my local bathroom shop, and was also delivered free. I ordered on the Monday and it was here by Wednesday.

This was why I then looked at the Radiators. My local bathroom showroom had a similar one with equal BTU output on sale at £469. A very large DIY chain had a similar one on sale at £399....( but had to be specially ordered.) but output was too low, under 2000 btu's. .......I paid only £290 for the
model exactly the same as available at another website for £460. Again, delivered free within 2 days.
Excellent stuff! Will use Bathrooms365 FIRST in future!
