You were recommended to us by our daughter and everything she said has been confirmed. We have bought all our requirements for 2 bathrooms and delivery was on schedule. We did have a problem with one of our basins --a very minor blemish but you quickly replaced that within 48 hours. On fitting one of the toilet seats our plumber found a crack in one of the hinges and again you have speedily replaced that.  Neither fault was due to yourselves but were manufacturing problems and I am sure we would not have had as good a service from a local supplier. Two weeks ago whilst searching the internet for an IS Moments cabinet I found your web site. From that moment on my experience of  'buying' has exceeded all expectations.

The web site was brilliant and very user friendly. Placing my order on line was simple and straight forward.

The confirmation of order, follow up, informing me of what action to expect and the delivery arrangements were second to none.

Now after that build up you are probably waiting for the BUT - the bad news. Sorry no bad news.

I would like to thank all the staff involved with my order, Paul, Julie, Philip and others for the excellent  customer service and dedication. Everything promised was fulfilled. I was kept informed right up to the time of delivery either by telephone or e-mail.

On Friday morning, on schedule, I received a telephone call from the delivery men telling me they would be with me in about 15 minutes. My thanks must go to the two polite and caring delivery men. Not the usual "where do you want it mate".  The men carefully unloaded the cabinet which had been  palletted and placed it in my garage as asked.  It was not until Saturday morning that I found the envelope on the cabinet that I should have inspected the goods before the delivery men departed. Sorry. I am please to say the cabinet was in perfect order.

Sorry for the rambling above but praise should be given where praise is deserved. Customers are very quick to complain and rarely express their appreciation.

a similar one with equal BTU output on sale at £469. A very large DIY chain
had a similar one on sale at £399....( but had to be specially ordered.)
but output was too low, under 2000 btu's. .......I paid only £290 for the
model exactly the same as available at another website for £460. Again,
delivered free within 2 days.
