| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept the following cards: Switch, Solo, Mastercard, Visa and Delta, which are processed through the secure online system SagePay. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling All orders for standard delivery carry a small charge of £6.38 (Parcelforce) or £42.50 (2 Man Home Delivery). Both prices exclude VAT. Please note the following information concerns the 2 Man Home Delivery Service. Additional Delivery Charges will be charged for the following days and destinations. Saturday AM £35.00 per order. (Saturday AM deliveries are made by a Pallet network carrier and therefore assistance is required at time of delivery to bring your items into your property). Destination Surcharges. Northern Scotland (From AB upwards) £17.50 (incl. Vat) Northern Ireland £50.00 (incl. Vat) Customer Requirements at Time of Delivery. Our sole request to our customers at time of delivery is that before signing the delivery note, it is their responsibility to ensure that all items of their order have been brought into the house. A checklist is provided with every delivery to assist in this matter. Signing the delivery note is acceptance that your complete order has been delivered. Bathrooms 365 will not accept any claims for shortages after delivery has been made. In the event an item is found to be missing on delivery, a phonecall to our Customer Sevices department on 01454 417123 must be made immediately, and before the transport company have left. If you are relying on a friend or family member to take delivery on your behalf, please ensure they are aware of their responsibilities on this matter. Delivery Responsibility of the Driver Bathrooms365 use a specialist Home Delivery Service. (Except on Saturday's) The two man service will deliver each item to a room of your choice. The 48 Hour Rule. Once the customer has taken delivery of their products they are required to check, within 48 hours, that all items meet their expectations. Bathrooms365 must be notified of any problems or dissatisfaction within this period. After this period Bathrooms365 will not be responsible for any claims of damage. | Delivery Schedule Guide dispatch information is shown against each product and orders are dispatched when the complete order is ready. The times shown reflect the normal course of processing the order. These times are intended as a guide only and are not a guarantee of delivery. Customers who have ordered large or fragile items, such as bathroom suites, shower enclosures and baths will be contacted, via telephone, within 48 hours for us to acknowledge their order and to find out how quickly they would like their order delivered. Actual Delivery Days and Delivery Requirements will be organised on a individual basis with your Bathrooms365 Customer Services Representative. Customers who have ordered taps, pumps and showers will be notified 24 hours before delivery via email. All showers, taps and pumps are delivered within 4 working days via Parcelforce Worldwide. If delivery will be longer than this the customer will be notified via email. |

| Returns Policy If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods, then in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) you can do so provided you INFORM US OF THIS DECISION WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER THE DAY OF DELIVERY.The goods must not have been used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Please note that if the manufacturers packaging is torn, damaged or lost, we are unable to accept the item or items back due to us not being able to repackage products. Once you've informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 30 days to do so at your own expense. Once we have notification of your desire to return the product, we shall refund your transaction within 30 days. Notification of returning products between 7 and 30 days after delivery will incur a restocking charge of 25% without exception. No item is returnable once 30 Days since delivery has passed. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns and therefore recommend that the customer uses an insured carrier.
